New version fixes problems

The latest update fixed the connectivity problems I was seeing, and I received a note from the developer apologizing for the delay in replying to my support message.

I can now recommend Flow as an excellent SFTP/FTP application. My only concern at this point would be that its not quite clear (though I eventually found it) how to use an SSH key instead of a password for SFTP bookmarks. Otherwise, great job.
